- YYYY-MM-DD (an Excel date cell is also accepted and converted automatically)
- Time format
- 24-hour "HH:mm" or 12-hour with AM/PM - e.g. 08:00 or 08:00 AM
- Duplicate handling
- A row duplicates an existing schedule when its Transporter, Bus, Journey Date, and Departure Time all match. Pick a strategy before uploading: Skip (leave the existing schedule untouched), Replace (overwrite it - only allowed if it has no bookings yet), or Update Seats Only (update seat counts and fare, leave everything else untouched).
- Validation behaviour
- Every row is validated independently - one invalid row is rejected and logged with a reason, it never blocks the rest of the file. Transporter, Bus, Origin/Destination City, and the Route between them must already exist as active master data; the import never creates them automatically.
